Your reservation turns into a booking the moment we receive the full deposit in our bank account.
You are reminded that a reservation and subsequent booking is a legally binding contract, so if for any reason you have to cancel or shorten your booking then you are still liable to pay the full amount.
No allowance can be made for meals not taken or for resources not occupied for the full period of the booking.
With this in mind we strongly recommend that you use a holiday insurance facility.
The calculated value of a reservation does not include surcharges for rental gear and/or gas mixes and/or repairs and/or other charges as they are accrued during your stay. Those additional services are nonetheless payable at the end of your stay.
If you cancel your trip the cancellation must be confirmed in writing.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
- 30 to 60 days: deposit only.
- 14 to 30 days: 50% of total contract.
- Arrival date to 14 days: 100% of total contract.
VAT of 20.0% and 10.0% is included in all tariffs. Any increase or alterations will be charged. You are welcome to transfer your payments into our bank account: contact us for bank details.
Please note that on site we can only accept cash payments. You are kindly invited to transfer (most of) your due payment before or on your arrival to reduce your requirements for cash.
All reservations and bookings are subject to change or cancellation by Centre de Plongée Souterraine.
